Why should CBD be illegal?

If your CBD comes from a marijuana plant, it's illegal. If your CBD contains too much THC (more than 0.3 percent), it's illegal. The extraction process for CBD and THC is essentially the same. As a consequence, CBD can be contaminated with THC, chemical solvents or pesticides if the extraction is done improperly.
